Cherry Swirl Banana Ice-Cream
Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

2-3 frozen bananas (ripe, peeled, and cut up into small pieces before frozen)
large handful of cherries, pitted and halved and frozen
large handful of raspberries, frozen

Instructions:

Add the bananas to a food processor/blender, and blend until smooth. (Optional: Once done, set aside a few tablespoons in a bowl and place in the freezer.)
Next, add the cherries and raspberries, leaving a few remaining. Blend until smooth. Then add the remaining cherries and raspberries and pulse or blend on a low setting, leaving chunks of the frozen fruit in your ice-cream.
Freeze the mixture for about 10 minutes if you’d like it to be a bit thicker and sorbet-like. If not, just put it straight in a bowl or mason jar. If you set aside some of the plain ice-cream at the beginning, remove this from the freezer, and mix in a spoonful for every layer of the cherry ice-cream, for a vanilla swirl effect.
Enjoy!

Notes: You could also mix in 28g of granola, or 2tbsp of raw cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips if you’d like, for a more breakfast/dessert-type of ice-cream.
